Questions about pricing?
What counts as a page?
A page is one page of a document processed and redacted. A 12-page PDF counts as 12 pages. A single image or email counts as 1 page.
Do unused pages roll over?
Monthly page allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle. Free pages are a one-off allowance to let you try the product.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Paid plans are monthly, cancel whenever. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Need more than 1 000 pages?
Get in touch at support@redacto.co — we offer custom volume pricing and a signed DPA.
Do all plans include a DPA?
Yes. Our standard Data Processing Agreement applies to all plans — Free, Pro, and Business. You can review it at redacto.co/dpa.html. Business customers can request a custom DPA with negotiated terms tailored to their organization.
